Relatively-advanced classes taught by John Faichney

This series of classes will emphasize:

• tactile clarity and eloquence
• looking, insight, hindsight
• fidelity to touch continuity
• interpersonal rhetorics - persuasion, compliance, resistance
• movement situations as topics of conversation
• dealing with tiresome, vexing or indifferent dances
• overcoming banality

• choreographic scores and structures
• performance
• anything to do with drumming

This will not be an advanced class, but participants should have a working knowledge of CI. Classes take place at Dovercourt Penthouse (3rd floor), 805 Dovercourt Road (west of Ossington, 1 block north of Bloor). Series fee:$100 (6 * 2½ hours.)
